Jade Product Sales Terms

1. Pricing & Order Confirmation

   
   

   All listed prices are final product prices, excluding international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges. An order is valid once payment is completed. Order details cannot be altered arbitrarily without quality-related reasons. Natural texture, color and size differences of jade are inherent characteristics, not product defects.
2. Product Description

   
   

   All goods are genuine natural jade. Minor natural inclusions, mineral spots, color variations and handcraft traces are normal features. Manual measurement of weight and size contains reasonable minor errors, which shall not be regarded as non-conformity.
3. Payment Rules

   
   

   Only official store payment channels are accepted. Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically. Product prices will not be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations. The store assumes no liability for private off-platform transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery

   
   

   Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after payment. Shipping carriers and routes are arranged by the store. Buyers shall bear all local customs taxes and clearance fees. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection or force majeure are not compensable.
5. Return & Refund Policy

   
   

   Returns and refunds are only acceptable for verified factory damage within 48 hours upon receipt with complete unboxing evidence. No free returns for personal preference, improper fitting, natural jade features, man-made damage or overdue claims. Accessories wear and tear is not covered by quality warranty.
6. Maintenance Notice

   
   

   Avoid strong chemicals, high temperature, violent collision and long-time sweat contact to prevent jade damage. Worn cords and clasps are consumable parts without free lifelong replacement service.
7. Intellectual Property & Rights

   
   

   All store images, texts and designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying and commercial resale are prohibited. Malicious orders, false claims and improper reviews will result in transaction refusal.
8. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   The store is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect recipient information, force majeure events or personal accidents after wearing products.
9. Clause Revision

   
   

   The store reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Subsequent purchases represent acceptance of the latest service rules.
