  • Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods.

    We reserve the right to delay processing due to inventory shortages, quality inspections, or force majeure; we will notify you via email for significant delays.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    We offer international shipping via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx and registered air mail. Shipping methods will be chosen according to customers' country and region.

    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days, varying by destination.

    Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days with higher cost.

    Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, carrier problems or seasonal rush.
  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are determined based on delivery location, package weight and size.

    Free standard shipping applies to orders valued over USD 399 shipped to Asia and Eurasian regions.

    Customers in areas far from China need to bear shipping expenses. You can contact online customer service to negotiate freight fees.

    All shipping charges are non-refundable after order dispatch.
  • International Customs & Duties

    All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and related charges shall be borne solely by buyers.

    We strictly follow customs rules and declare goods at actual value. Packages will not be falsely marked as gifts to evade taxes.

    We take no responsibility for extra fees and delivery delays resulted from customs inspection, document problems or local policies.
  • Order Tracking

    A confirmation email containing tracking number and logistics link will be sent out once goods are shipped.

    Tracking data usually updates within 24 to 48 hours on official carrier websites.

    Please contact our support staff with your order number if you encounter tracking troubles.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages

    Inform us within 30 days from the scheduled delivery date for missing parcels. We will submit claims to logistics providers and arrange replacement or refund after verification.

    For damaged goods, submit unboxing photos and videos within 48 hours upon receipt. We will confirm the situation and handle after-sales solutions accordingly.

    Natural textures, inclusions and color differences of jade do not count as product damage.
  • Delivery Address & Modifications

    Kindly fill in accurate and detailed delivery address when placing orders. We are not accountable for parcel loss caused by wrong information.

    No address revision is allowed after order processing or shipment.

    Shipment is unavailable to PO boxes, military addresses and restricted territories.
  • Force Majeure

    We shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by uncontrollable incidents, including natural disasters, wars, epidemic situations, staff strikes, customs shutdown and official policy adjustments.
