These characteristics are not defects but intrinsic qualities of natural stone, and are not grounds for refund or return. 2.3 Product images are for reference only. Due to differences in lighting, display screens, and natural variations in jade, the actual item may differ slightly from the photo. Such differences do not constitute misrepresentation or product defect.
