1. General Return Eligibility

For most standard jade products (excluding those listed in Section 2), we offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

The 7-day period starts on the date you receive the itemShopify.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
  • No signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper maintenance.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, even within the 7-day windowShopify:
  • Lottery/raffle tickets or qualifying entries purchased on our site;
  • Items obtained through our lottery/promotional draws (prize items, giveaway items, etc.);
  • Products sold at special event prices, flash prices, or limited-time promotional prices;
  • Clearance, limited-edition, or marked “Final Sale” items.
By purchasing any of the above, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no return, refund, or exchange will be provided.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a factory-defective, broken, or damaged jade item (not due to natural stone characteristics), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Complete unboxing video;
  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, offer replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered by us.

4. Natural Jade Characteristics (Not Defects)

Natural jade may have inclusions, veins, color variations, cotton, mineral spots, and minor size/weight differences. These are inherent features and not valid reasons for return or refund.

5. How to Request a Return

For eligible items, contact our support email within the 7-day period. We will guide you through the return process.

Non-returnable items (Section 2) will not be accepted if returned.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes take effect upon posting on the website. Your continued purchase after changes constitutes acceptance.
